Refund Process

  • Receipt and Inspection
    1. Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item.
    2. Receipt and inspection time may take up to seven (7) business days.
  • Refund
    1. Refunds for special orders, including Truly Custom special orders, will be issued as a store credit to your account that was used for the purchase.  You will still be responsible for the payments on your original payment method.
    2. Refunds for pre-designed styles and Design Your Ring styles will be issued via the original payment method or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash, or certain other payments requiring special processing
    3. For credit card refunds, please allow up to one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

Return Policies

  1. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
  2. Returns without the lab grown diamond certificate (where applicable) are subject to a $100 replacement fee for each missing card.
  3. Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized by a company other than Grown Brilliance may not be returned.
  4. Returns showing signs of wear or have been damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
  5. Packages without a Return Shipping Authorization Number or packages that were refused for delivery will not be accepted for refund.
  6. We reserve the right to limit access to the website and/or terminate the account of Returns Abusers. See our full policy regarding Returns Abusers in the Returns section of our Terms & Conditions page here

15 DAYS RETURN 

  1. 100% of Invoice value*
  2. Any personalised product will not be included in the 15-day Return policy.
  3. Products purchased using EMI facility will not be included in the 15-day Return policy.
  4. 100% refund for your purchases within 15 days

CASH BACK

  1. Gold: 100% of the prevailing market value*
  2. Silver: 100% of the prevailing market value*
  3. Lab Grown Diamonds / Mined Diamonds: 70% of the prevailing market value*

*In case of any discounts given during original purchase on the metal and stone value, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value. 100% Making charges shall also be deducted (Maximum value Rs 10,00,000/-)

LIFETIME EXCHANGE

  1. Gold: 100% of the prevailing market value*
  2. Silver: 100% of the prevailing market value*
  3. Moissanite / Lab Grown Diamonds / Mined Diamonds: 80% of the prevailing stone value of the same grade*

*Making charges shall be deducted from the old jewellery. Price difference towards the same grade shall be charged extra.

CANCELLATION

Products purchased using a discount code or on EMI facility are entitled to a 20% cancellation charges, if cancelled after 24hrs. of placing order.
